DPT blister machine is used for automatic packing of tablets of various shapes, capsules, small electronic devices such as batteries etc. into blisters. DPT blister machine independently makes a blister from PVC foil, then autamatically fills the blister holes with products of the following types: tablets, capsules, small electronic devices such as batteries etc.
After packing the products in blister holes, the machine automatically seals the blister with aluminum foil through a high-temerature seal. Finally, blisters are cut out by the machine according to a given size. DPT machine has got replaceable moulds, therefore, it is possible to produce various sizes and shapes of blisters. Distribution of products in a blister is free, according to a customer's design. The advantages of our machine are reliable tightness, mobility, simiplicity of operation.
