Rotary tablet press machines of this series have got double automatic clamp which makes them suitable for production of large tablets and double-layer tablets such as of plush type or for dishwashers etc.
Large pressure strength even up to 100 kN allows for roduction of large-sized tablets up to 30mm in diamater maximum. The tablet press machine is equiipped with a pre-pressing system.
Tablet press machines of the series are ideal when the demand for large production effectiveness of 98400 tablets per hour maximum is taken into consideration.
Main features:
- Solid construction designed taking the G.PM.P. Standards into consideration. Elements which are in contact with a production material are made of stainless steel as is the entire external part of the tablet press machine
- The tablet press amchine is fully closed in the production area. A transparent open cover allows for watching the current operation, simple maintenance and cleaning.
- Replaceable moulds allow for production of tablets of various shapes and sizes. It is possible to carve patterns, logo or graphics on the tablets.
- A simple intuitive control panel, located in one place, on the face of the tablet press machine, allows for easy operation.
- The machine is equipped with anti-overload system so as to avoid damages in case of the machine being set incorrectly.
