The device is designed for applying circular or partial self-adhesive labels to various cylindrical products such as glass bottles, PET and HDPE bottles, jars, and tubes. The labeling machine is controlled via a touch screen, which allows easy input of settings and parameters for specific packaging and saving them in the device’s memory. The automatic labeling process starts with a sensor detecting the approaching product on the conveyor. The labeler is equipped with a bottle dispenser that releases bottles at equal intervals.
The machine is equipped with precise adjustment systems that allow for easy setting of the labeling station and adaptation to the labeled product. Accurate label application on the bottle is achieved through a rotating smoothing belt and a fixed side belt.
