This device is designed for polishing (cleaning post-production dust) capsules. It is a mandatory machine for any factory producing hard capsules. The clean 02 model is a newly designed improved version of the clean 01 polisher. A key feature of this polisher is the installed module for ejecting damaged capsules, which makes it easy to separate defective capsules from a fully quality product.
A completely new design, in which the polishing brush is placed in a metal tube (as shown in the photo below), rather than in a mesh as in older versions, ensures that the machine does not pinch the capsules, can be very easily and quickly cleaned, and is also well suited for printed capsules (does not damage the print).
The clean 02 version has also been improved in terms of the control system, thanks to a high-quality inverter, speed adjustment is precise and simple. Combined with a durable motor and a synchronous belt drive, this polisher is suitable for use in long and continuous operation systems.
