The semi-automatic Optima capsule machine is the latest version of such machines on the market. The device is equipped with an intuitive touch control panel. The capsule machine features an automatic horizontal capsule closing system, allowing the operator to simply place the capsule mold and press the green button (the machine will automatically complete the entire capsule closing process and eject the finished product). Precise and detailed mechanisms for loading empty capsules into the mold as well as a fully automated system for filling and capping capsules are implemented. Made of 304 stainless steel. Thanks to interchangeable molds, the machine can encapsulate various capsule sizes #00, #0, #1, #2, #3, and #4. It is powered by three-phase electricity.
